Anisa has a wide range of experience, having originally joined Serve Homecare as a Care Worker before progressing to Team Leader and now holding the role of Senior Care Assessor. In this role, Anisa is responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing detailed care plans for new clients, ensuring their individual care needs are fully understood and appropriately supported.

She also continuously monitors and reviews clients’ needs throughout the course of care, ensuring that all arrangements remain effective and in place to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred support.
