Danielle plays a vital role in supporting both our customers and Care Team across the community at Serve Homecare. As a Team Leader, she helps oversee the day-to-day quality of care delivery, providing guidance, supervision, and ongoing support to ensure our high standards are consistently maintained.

Danielle works closely with both new and existing members of the team, supporting with shadowing, competency observations, spot checks, customer reviews, and field-based support. She is passionate about helping staff build confidence within their roles and creating a positive and supportive environment where team members feel encouraged to develop professionally.

With hands-on experience within health and social care, Danielle is committed to ensuring every customer receives safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
