Jamie joined Serve Homecare in 2022 as an Apprentice Accounts Assistant and quickly distinguished himself by achieving a Distinction in Level 2 AAT. Recognising his dedication and expertise, Jamie was promoted to Finance Officer, where he plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and transparent communication of pay and billing information with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Jamie has established clear procedures and effective communication channels with all external stakeholders, while also driving innovation in back-office processes to streamline our financial services.
