Mat plays an important role in supporting both our customers and Care Team across the community, Serve Homecare. As a Team Leader, he helps maintain high standards of care by providing day-to-day guidance, supervision, and practical support to members of the care team.

Working closely with both new and existing staff, Mat supports with shadowing, competency observations, spot checks, customer reviews, and field-based support. He is committed to helping team members grow in confidence within their roles while promoting a supportive and positive working environment.

With experience within health and social care, Mat is passionate about delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to every customer. Through his supportive approach and dedication to quality care, he plays a key role in upholding the values and standards that Serve Homecare is proud to deliver.
