Rafiq began his career in Health and Social Care as a Community Care Worker and has steadily progressed through several roles since joining Serve Homecare in 2020. With exceptional people skills and strong leadership abilities, Rafiq brings a calm, supportive presence to the team and is committed to ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care.

As Care Manager, Rafiq is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our care services. He provides direct support to our Team Leaders, oversees service delivery, and ensures ongoing compliance with both regulatory standards and internal policies. His role also includes identifying and implementing improvements to continually enhance the quality and efficiency of our care.

Rafiq takes great pride in offering honest, practical support to both clients and colleagues. He is focused on aligning expectations, maintaining clear communication, and making sure that every individual—whether a team member or client—feels valued and well-supported.
